Navy Exchange Service Command in Pearl Harbor, HI is seeking a full-time clerical/administrative support role responsible for preparing statistical and financial data, managing data entry for Vending and Micro Markets, and maintaining related reports.

The position requires inspection of cash reports, vendor reconciliations, and input into the VMS system, with opportunities for pension and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year progressively responsible clerical or office work of any kind in which the applicant has demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level of the position.
• 1 year progressively responsible experience performing clerical or administrative support duties or experience in a related area which demonstrates the ability to perform the work of the position.

Responsibilities

• Receives various cash reports from Vending Operations Workers. Reconciles cash reporting form with cash office reports.
• Ensures contracted vendors submit reconciliation forms monthly, and inputs data into VMS system.
• Reviews vendor invoices to ensure that product cost match product cost in VMS system.
• Prepares Monthly Vending Machine/Micro Market Reports to include gross profit report, month end inventory, and Journal Entries, etc.
• Processes Lawson requisitions, and is the Purchase card holder.
