Qualifications

• Automotive sales or service experience required; VEP or equity-based sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and dealership software.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Professional, customer-focused, and team-oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified service customers for upgrade opportunities using equity, mileage, and incentive data.
• Engage customers in the service drive, explain the VEP program, and assess their vehicle needs.
• Coordinate with the sales team to transition interested customers into the sales process.
• Track leads, appointments, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Monitor service appointments and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to dealership leadership.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
