Norm Reeves Dealerships in West Covina, CA is seeking a VIP Salesperson to engage warm leads from our Service Department and provide a concierge-level car buying experience. You will identify upgrade or trade-in opportunities and guide customers from initial contact to delivery in a face-to-face, service-drive setting.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strong communication, and teamwork with sales and service departments to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in sales or strong customer service is welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Work with warm leads from the Service Department and follow-ups to identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with existing customers and propose vehicle upgrades or trade-ins.
• Guide customers through the buying process from first contact to delivery.

• Follow up via phone, email, and text to maintain relationships.
• Deliver a VIP buying experience and high level of service.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to maximize retention.
