Responsibilities include processing vehicle titles, lien documents, and ensuring DMV compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, able to handle multiple priorities, and works well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months of data entry or admin processing experience.
• Experience with vehicle titles, DMV paperwork, or lien processing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate records of incoming vehicle titles and related documentation.
• Review title paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with state and DMV regulations.
• Prepare and process documentation for lien placement, title transfers, replacement titles, and lien releases.
• Identify and resolve title discrepancies, odometer issues, missing signatures, and power-of-attorney documentation.
• Conduct title history research and follow up on outstanding documentation.
• Communicate with DMV offices, county agencies, dealerships, lenders, and customers regarding title transactions.
• Contact customers to obtain missing documents and assist with resolving title-related issues.
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely processing of title transactions.
• Coordinate the preparation and shipment of completed title packages.
• Assist with additional administrative and operational responsibilities as needed.
