Ironhorse Funding LLC, based in Irving, TX, is seeking a Full Time Titles Specialist to join onsite Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm or 8:30am–5:30pm. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $19–$25 with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and life insurance, plus PTO and holidays.

You will process title and lien documents, coordinate with DMVs and dealers, and maintain audit-ready records while protecting sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Hands-on title processing and lien management experience
• Working knowledge of state DMV/titling regulations
• Proficiency with title systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Detail-driven organization and clear written/verbal communication
• Adaptability, troubleshooting mindset and high integrity
