Cox Automotive seeks a Title Specialist I to accurately process vehicle titles, verify information, and liaise with clients and regulatory agencies to resolve title issues.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with internal teams and leadership to handle complex title matters. Working hours are Monday–Friday with a focus on quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Detail orientation is essential for accurate title processing.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset are required.

Responsibilities

• Review titles for negotiability and sign/reassign on behalf of clients.
• Complete applications for new titles when needed.
• Facilitate lien perfection on financed collateral as required.
• Release liens on collateral when paid, following policy and procedures.
• Communicate with clients and agencies to resolve title questions via email, ticketing system, and phone.
