RB Global Inc. is seeking a Title Service Representative to secure documents for vehicle title ownership transfers, communicate with customers, resolve discrepancies, and ensure state compliance. The role supports IAA Holdings, LLC within RB Global's global marketplace.

Responsibilities include processing salvage titles, maintaining customer databases, and delivering excellent service via phone, email, and in person; MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years State/National title processing experience.
• Knowledge of title and salvage title requirements.
• Maintaining customer databases and records.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Review and process documents for vehicle title transfers.
• Process salvage titles from multiple states and prepare for sale.
• Maintain knowledge of current title/salvage laws and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Enter data into the IAA operating system and respond to inquiries.
• Support other office functions and adhere to procedures.
