Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Title Specialist to secure documents for vehicle title ownership transfers. The role involves communicating with customers, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with state requirements.

Primary duties include processing titles, entering data, and providing excellent service. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of title processing experience, familiarity with salvage title requirements, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years state/title processing experience.
• 2–3 years knowledge in title and salvage title requirements.
• Maintaining customer databases.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customers.
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale.
• Keep up-to-date on title regulations by learning current title/salvage laws.
• Provide excellent customer service and support by offering solutions and timely responses to partners.
• Respond to customer questions, complaints and requests.
• Enter information from titles into the IAA operating system.
• Complete application to transfer title ownership.
