Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a RB Global company, is seeking a Title Specialist to secure documents needed to transfer vehicle titles and to communicate with customers and owners. This role supports compliance with state requirements and may operate in state systems where authorized.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years state/national title processing experience.
• 2-3 years previous knowledge in title and salvage title requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Typical Field Office Environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customers.
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale.
• Keep up-to-date on title regulations by learning current title/salvage laws.
• Provide excellent customer service and support by offering solutions and timely responses to partners.
• Enter information from titles received from the state into the IAA operating system.
• Respond to customer questions, complaints and requests.
• Performs word processing assignments, filing and related clerical duties.
• Assist with other office functions as needed.
