IAA Holdings, LLC, a RB Global company, is seeking a Title Service Representative to secure all required documents to accompany vehicle title applications and to transfer ownership. You will communicate with customers and vehicle owners, resolve discrepancies, and provide excellent service across calls and emails.

Responsibilities include processing titles, staying current with state regulations, entering data accurately, and supporting team operations in an on-site Westchester, IL environment.

Competenze

• 1-2 years State/National title processing experience
• Maintaining customer databases
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge in title and salvage title requirements

Mansioni

• Review and process documentation for insurance and salvage customers
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of title regulations across states
• Provide excellent customer service and support via mail, email, phone and in person
• Enter information from titles into the IAA operating system
• Assist with other office functions as needed
• Immediately report violations of company policy to a supervisor or manager
