Responsibilities

• Review and process documentation for insurance and remarketing customers.
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale.
• Stay updated on title regulations across states.
• Provide excellent customer service through inquiries and timely responses.
• Enter title information into the IAA system and support other office functions.
• Complete applications to transfer title ownership.
• Address customer questions, complaints, and requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
