Responsibilities

• Process, organize, and distribute incoming mail.

• Prepare titles and associated documents for scanning.
• Scan, verify, and associate titles with barcoded folders.
• File folders within a secure vault repository.
• Retrieve folders and documents from a secure vault repository.
• Print waybills and process outgoing title shipments.
• Operate mail processing equipment.
• Clean and maintain equipment (e.g., scanners).
• Organize and maintain a clean workspace.
