Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
• Perform data entry.
• Prepare titles and documents for scanning.
• Scan, verify, and file titles with barcoded folders.
• Maintain secure vault repository and organize folders.
• Retrieve folders and documents from vault.
• Print waybills and handle outgoing shipments.
• Operate mail processing equipment and keep workspace clean.
