Qualifications

• Two years of data entry or title work experience required.
• Automotive knowledge is required.
• Notary public license within 6 months of hire is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish letters and numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and input title information into the system.
• Verify payment status and check titles for accuracy under state law.
• Re-assign titles and prepare supporting documentation for large consignors and dealer transactions.
• Scan titles into electronic format and create shipping labels daily via FedEx.
• Ensure titles are delivered to correct dealers/buyers and run title reports.
