Responsibilities

• Identify title issues and escalate to the Title Issue team to troubleshoot and resolve.
• Use critical thinking to identify errors or inconsistencies in the Titles.
• Learn or apply state laws and requirements when handling titles.
• Process vehicle titles from multiple states, checking for accuracy.
• Scan titles into an electronic format.
• Create shipping labels, packages, seals, and send titles to buyers via FedEx.
• Return titles for voided sales to reduce turn-around times.
