Openlane is a wholesale marketplace for used vehicles. This role is located in Carmel, Indiana, onsite with residents in the area. The candidate will perform data entry, input title information, verify payments, and ensure documents comply with state laws.

Responsibilities include scanning titles, creating shipping labels, and supporting title-related inquiries, audits, and reporting. Automotive knowledge and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in data entry or title work; automotive familiarity helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidentiality and accuracy in handling titles and documents.

Responsibilities

• Enter title data and verify information in the system.
• Verify payment status and ensure title documents are accurate.
• Check titles and supporting docs for compliance with state laws and no alterations.
• Reassign titles and prepare supporting docs for large consignors and dealer-to-dealer transactions.
• Scan titles and create digital records; scan and file daily shipments.
