Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Supervisor to manage the Title Center operations, guiding staff and ensuring accurate processing of title documents in a fast-paced branch. You will coordinate with DMV, salvage providers, and IAA to resolve issues and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Title Center services and staff; cover for the Title Center Manager.
• Support timely and compliant flow of documents per codes.
• Monitor work, ensure accuracy and completion.
• Track productivity using MOS/Title Tracker.
• Handle payroll and Title Center reports.
• Resolve employee issues.
• Assist Salvage Providers, DMV processes, and IAA branches with DMV questions.
• Lead large title projects, such as bulk title projects and old inventory at DMV.
• Process salvage and non-repairable reversals with DMV coordination.
• Train new Title Specialists and DMV Processors.
• Communicate policies in regular department meetings.
• Other duties as needed.
