Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and 4+ years in the automotive industry or with titles.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with titles and ability to recognize title brands and related notations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and facilitate completion of title services for internal and external customers.
• Set goals for title clerks through training and mentoring; develop skills and policy knowledge.
• Review semi-annual/annual performance of title clerks and provide coaching reports.
