Job summary

RB Global is seeking a Senior Manager of Title Operations to oversee DMV/Title Center activities, ensuring SLA adherence and compliance with state and federal laws. You will drive on-time performance, monitor title dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize workflows.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in auto auction operations, and abilities to train regional supervisors while maintaining process improvements and high data integrity.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related experience.
• Ability to review and interpret key performance indicators.
• Ability to establish and manage operational performance goals.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational roadblocks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor centers' performance metrics related to title documents and work types.
• Ensure On Time Performance metrics and Title Center dashboards.
• Assist in QA assessments and training initiatives.
• Generate operating reports and review with center managers weekly.
• Collaborate with Director of Title Processing, Regional VP and Area Managers to address customer needs.
• Travel within the region to Title Centers as needed.
