America’s Car-Mart is seeking a Title Operations Manager to lead our centralized title management program. You will oversee the flow of title documents from vehicle purchase through liquidation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while building scalable workflows.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who can coach a team, resolve complex issues across dealerships, vendors, and government entities, and partner with leadership to meet operational goals and maintain

Qualifications

• Experience leading title operations or other detail-intensive functions.
• Knowledge of vehicle title processes and state requirements.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience creating workflows, reporting, and process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail with sensitive documents.
• Ability to build relationships with dealerships, vendors, and government entities.
