Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in vehicle title and lien processing, or consumer lending.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Tracks, researches, and obtains missing titles and required documentation to ensure timely lien perfection.
• Registers vehicles with county clerks to secure the credit union’s lien position.
• Assists members and coworkers with title-related inquiries and resolves issues promptly.
• Sorts, organizes, and distributes incoming mail related to title and loan documents.
• Assists with correction adjustments by researching discrepancies and updating records.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.
