Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of clerical/administrative office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous title company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit closed loan files for missing documentation, signatures, etc.
• Obtain post-closing Lenders Title Policies.
• Receive Deed of Trust and Release of Lien from the Register of Deeds office from each county.
• Complete HMDA reporting to the Federal Reserve Board.
• Contact attorneys or other third parties for remaining documentation.
• Perform Government Monitoring on all mortgage files.
• Answer phones promptly and greet members professionally before transfer.
• Cross-sell lending products and Credit Union services.
• Follow all Credit Union policies, procedures and regulations.
• Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work cooperatively with others.
• All other duties as assigned.
