Lexus of Wilmington is seeking a Vehicle Technology Specialist to bridge technology and customer experience. You’ll educate customers on vehicle features, coordinate with Sales and Service teams, and support post-delivery engagement through our CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated customer advocate to build brand loyalty.
• Acquire and stay up to date with product knowledge to present features and benefits.
• Act as liaison between customers and Sales, Service, F&I and Parts.
• Use CRM for follow-up communications, email marketing, and customer training videos.
• Assist sales to track and review customer interactions to improve CSI.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
