Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated customer advocate and help shape the customer experience.
• Acquire and stay up to date with vehicle technology to present features and benefits.
• Act as a liaison between customers and Sales, Service, F&I and Parts.
• Use CRM to follow up with customers and create training videos.
• Assist sales to track customer interactions to improve CSI scores.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
