Mercedes-Benz of Durham is looking for a customer-focused automotive sales associate to explain and demonstrate vehicle features for customers at the start of the sales process.

The role includes educating customers on options, conducting test drives, and supporting the sales team while maintaining CSI and a clean work environment. Regular training and adherence to company safety rules are required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Advanced technology skills.

• Demonstrates vehicle features and technology to the customer.
• Conducts test drives and facility tours (service, parts).
• Provides assistance to customers as needed.
