Job summary

Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, with the ability to learn product lines and assist customers throughout the buying journey.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine vehicle needs.
• Educate customers on product options and specifications.
• Provide product brochures when requested.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology to customers.
• Educate about optional equipment and accessories.
• Answer questions about vehicles and features.
• Conduct test drives and tours of service/parts areas.
• Assist sales team as needed and support CSI goals.
• Maintain an organized, clean work area and follow safety rules.
