Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Durham is seeking an energetic automotive sales professional to greet customers, assess vehicle needs, demonstrate features and present options. You will handle pricing, tax calculations, paperwork, delivery coordination and ongoing customer service to maintain CSI and company standards.

The role requires strong communication and a customer-focused attitude, with ability to meet sales goals and work flexible hours. Automotive sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Valid Driver’s License and Automobile Salesperson License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine make, model and vehicle needs.
• Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles.
• Compute and quote sales price, including tax and trade-in.
• Complete paperwork and coordinate delivery and registration.
