Sonic Automotive's Mercedes-Benz of McKinney is hiring a Service BDC Associate to support Mercedes me Connect setup and ongoing digital services for customers. You will guide app installation, vehicle pairing, and account registration while ensuring a seamless digital experience from delivery through ownership.

Responsibilities include educating customers on connected features, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with Sales and Service teams to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or automotive roles.
• Strong comfort with smartphones, apps, Bluetooth, and digital tech.
• Excellent communication to explain technical info to customers.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with downloading, registering, and setting up the Mercedes-Benz me Connect app.
• Guide customers through vehicle pairing, account activation, and connected-service enrollment.
• Educate customers on digital features, remote vehicle functions, and app usage.
• Troubleshoot common app, account, connectivity, and activation issues.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants to provide me Connect introduction at delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer data while following privacy procedures.
• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz connected tech and new digital services.
• Deliver high-level customer service and a technology-focused dealership experience.
