Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group seeks a Product Specialist to explain and demonstrate vehicle features to customers at the start of the sales process. You will educate buyers on options, assist with test drives, and support the sales team while maintaining CSI standards.

Excellent communication and tech-savvy skills are essential, along with a valid driver’s license. Evening/weekend shifts may be required, and a strong customer-service mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Advanced technology skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and Automobile Salesperson License are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify vehicle needs.
• Educate on product options and specs.
• Provide brochures and product demos as requested.
• Demonstrate vehicle features with customers and tech options.
• Assist with test drives and vehicle tours.
• Collaborate with sales team to support customers.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and accurate time records.
• Participate in training and uphold company core values.
