Job summary

Bert Ogden Auto Group is seeking a Customer Service/Service Advisor to handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with a focus on timely, accurate responses. You will coordinate vehicle details, explain estimates, and keep customers informed throughout the service process.

Ideal candidates will have automotive knowledge, strong data entry skills, proficiency with DMS/Outlook/MS Office, and a collaborative mindset to support a busy shop and achieve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a dealership or service environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain detailed records.
• Comfort with phone, email, and in-person communications.

Responsibilities

• Answer Phone Calls, Emails and Drive In’s to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention
• Return missed phone calls, emails, from customers
• Determine if technical solution can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman / Service Manager
• Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System. Attention to detail critical
• Conduct Transactions w/ system; walk customer through correction and provide summary
• Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle
• Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery
• Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer
• Follow up with Customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed
• Performs other duties as requested
