Job summary

You will provide concierge support for owner inquiries, allocate technician time, distribute work, answer questions about vehicle problems and warranties, and help maintain customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Pass drug testing, MVR/Insurability, background investigation/interview.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of the service drive to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, whether phone or in person.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
