Job summary

Motability Operations is recruiting an Operations Coordinator for Bristol on a part-time, 28 hours per week, 9-month FTC/Secondment. You will manage vehicle allocation, routing and data entry across sales channels, supporting with Vehicle Assignment and decision-making tools.

The role requires liaising with third-party suppliers, maintaining SLA performance and providing reporting and admin support. Hybrid working is offered with on-site and remote options within the UK.

• Able to work under pressure while meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate allocation and routing of returned vehicles.
• Maintain data in Vehicle Assignment tool.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide admin support and team reporting.
