Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Director of Remarketing to shape the national strategy for retiring fleet vehicles and lead a high-performance team from the Dallas area with a hybrid schedule. The role interfaces with national auctions and partner networks, with travel as needed.

You will drive disposal strategies across direct, auction, and digital channels, ensuring price and speed targets are met monthly while utilizing market data to forecast residual values.

Qualifications

• Degree not strictly required; hands-on industry experience valued
• Remarketing experience in fleet, commercial, lease, or OEM sectors required
• Rental car remarketing across multiple states and auctions valued

Responsibilities

• Lead remarketing strategy for Fox Rent A Car fleet nationwide
• Direct and develop Regional Auction Managers and dealer sales
• Act as primary liaison with third-party remarketing partners
• Drive disposal strategies across direct, auction, digital, and upstream channels
• Own KPI targets for price realized and speed of sale
• Use AutoIMS and Manheim data to forecast residual values
• Coordinate transportation/logistics for vehicle disposition
• Manage multiple disposal channels and external partnerships
