Carvana is hiring a Title and Registration Specialist to ensure smooth transfer of ownership and handle all registration paperwork. The role is on-site at the Framingham market and offers a starting hourly rate with strong growth potential based on performance.

Responsibilities include processing registrations, verifying documents, liaising with DMV offices, updating records, and supporting the team with customer follow-up. Training is provided and working hours may vary with business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in administrative or data entry work.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to organize and reconcile multiple information sources accurately.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savviness to navigate multiple systems and troubleshoot.
• Resiliency to learn new things and solve problems.
• Ability to stay composed and solve escalated issues.
• Critical thinking and sound judgment.
• Regular, in-office attendance (no remote work).
• Ability to obtain notary as required by state.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Process, finalize and mail customer registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with state/county licensing departments in person and online.
• Update customer records to keep information current.
• Collaborate with team members across departments.
• Assist Specialists with customer follow-up.
• Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from multiple databases.
• Maintain detailed notes in the customer tracking system.
• Other duties as assigned.
