Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Title and Registration Specialist to ensure smooth vehicle ownership transitions and handle administrative registrations in-person at our market location. You will review documents, coordinate with state and county agencies, and maintain accurate customer records to support a seamless car-buying journey.

The role emphasizes fast learning, strong communication, and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering timely registrations and effective customer follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative or data-entry experience.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn multiple systems and troubleshoot.
• Regular in-office attendance; no remote work.
• Ability to obtain notary as required by state rules.

Responsibilities

• Process, finalize and mail out customer registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with state and county licensing departments in person and online; file documents with agencies.
• Work closely with the local DMV to file paperwork.
• Update customer records with current information.
• Assist specialists with customer follow-up.
• Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from internal and external databases.
• Maintain detailed notes in the customer tracking system.
• Other duties as assigned.
