Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise and develop a team in the Inspection Center, driving safe movement of vehicles and meeting monthly production goals. You will coach staff, enforce quality standards, and coordinate with leadership to optimize repairs and inventory quality.

The role emphasizes lean processes, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive environment. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Carvana’s reconditioning process or lean principles is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities; identify strengths, opportunities, and development steps.
• Coach and develop team members; provide feedback and demonstrate desired skills.
• Lead a team of production associates and coordinate with the Inspection Center GM on repairs vs. rejects based on cost and quality.
• Train staff on Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and delays.
