Job summary

Carvana in the United States is seeking a Build Line Lead to supervise and develop a team at an Inspection Center. You will drive production targets, coach staff, and ensure safety while maintaining high quality on incoming inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning processes.
• Understanding of lean principles and production best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly and monthly.
• Oversee daily team activities; coach and develop teammates.
• Communicate expectations, provide feedback, and track performance.
• Lead a team to repair or reject inventory based on cost and quality.
• Train team on Quality Control standards to minimize rework.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
