Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center. You will help meet production targets and ensure quality by overseeing daily activities and coaching staff.

You will coordinate with the Inspection Center GM to approve repairs or rejects based on costs and vehicle quality, while fostering safe, efficient workflows and adherence to Carvana's standards.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience using computers.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly inventory production goals.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; coach and develop members.
• Provide feedback and demonstrate desired skills to the team.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.
