Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise a team of hourly associates in our Inspection Center. You will ensure safe handling of vehicles, drive production targets, and coach staff to improve performance while maintaining Carvana’s high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include daily tracking of production, mentoring team members, and partnering with the Inspection Center GM to decide repairs based on cost and quality. A strong emphasis on communication and safety is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets.
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly inventory production goals.
• Coach and provide feedback to team to improve performance and skills.
• Ensure adherence to Carvana’s values and safety protocols in all activities.
• Lead quality control inspections and approve/reject inventory based on repair costs and quality.
