Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports and succession planning through coaching and training.
• Participate in development and execution of strategic plans aligned with the company's goals.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, procedures, and performance targets.
• Create a work environment that encourages communication, teamwork, and Carvana values.
• Recruit, orient, and train supervisory staff.
• Ensure training and certification processes are followed.
• Provide feedback to leads and associates to improve competency.
• Manage production capacity and assist with planning.
