Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Line Lead to supervise and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center. You will drive production targets, coaching and guiding the team to meet quality standards, while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to Carvana’s values.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with multi-member teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Carvana's reconditioning or related processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals.
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly inventory production targets.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Foster clear communication and team cohesion aligned with Carvana values.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce rework.
• Ensure safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
