Job summary

Responsibilities include data entry in AS400, file management, and collaboration with internal teams on titles, repairs, charges, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience.
• Higher degree/certifications beyond high school accepted.
• Experience with vehicle data entry or inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain vehicle data in AS400.
• Maintain physical and digital vehicle files.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify titles, track repairs, and prepare vehicles for sale.
• Prepare run lists, support sale-day operations, and handle invoicing.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a safety culture.
