Job summary

Cox Automotive in Hayward, CA is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist II to support the full lifecycle of vehicle sales. You’ll maintain vehicle information, assist customers, and coordinate with multiple teams to keep transactions on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3 years in a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate vehicle information and records throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Support customers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Verify titles, track repairs, and prepare vehicles for in-lane and online sales.
• Review incoming vehicle data, resolve discrepancies, and provide inventory reporting.
• Prepare run lists and sale packages; support invoicing and reporting.
• Follow safety procedures and promote a culture of safety.
