Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in operations, client service, or leadership.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Automotive or auction industry experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Track repair progress, monitor timelines, and communicate updates to clients, transportation teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with maintenance, reconditioning, vendor, and operations teams to initiate approved work and maintain smooth repair flow.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with commercial account representatives, major clients, and vendors.
• Coordinate with procurement and parts suppliers to verify pricing, availability, and sourcing of required materials.
• Audit work completed by Commercial Account Administrators and Procurement teams for accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Model safe behaviors and participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
