Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II to oversee vehicle reconditioning, including wholesale and retail markets, and to monitor all related activities. The role ensures accurate information, paperwork, and data entry, while coordinating with clients to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of clerical or administrative support experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer software skills necessary.
• Must be able to use general office equipment ( copier, fax, etc.).
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative duties relating to vehicle recon fulfillment, meeting all SLAs.
• Maintain client account agreements, vehicle files, and records of completion.
• Create, maintain, and audit charges for reconditioning fees.
• Analyze and manage client reports and vehicle throughput via daily reports.
• Perform data entry and verify accuracy of customer vehicle information.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve problems.
• Receive vehicle and registration information from clients.
• Enter information into AS400, RPP, and approved work requested by client.
• Monitor vehicle repairs using AS400/VCF/RPP systems.
• Communicate with Recon Shop management and posting & procurement to meet SLAs.
• Monitor timelines and ensure tracking is met.
• Review completed work and ensure accuracy of tracking and processing.
• Work with finance to ensure accurate charges.
• Follow safety procedures and support Safety Excellence.
