Job summary

Cox Enterprises in Riverside, CA is seeking a Customer Service and Operations Associate to serve as the primary contact for client issues across accounts, coordinating with auction teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and reconditioning workflows.

You will build client relationships, review vehicle conditions, prepare estimates for reconditioning, and help coordinate vehicle movement and documentation while adhering to safety and privacy policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in a related field; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues across accounts, coordinating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries about vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments for inventory movement and reconditioning completion.
• Prepare reconditioning estimates to improve vehicle value and coordinate services.
• Conduct condition reports and imaging audits to mitigate policy loss and goodwill expenses.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox products as appropriate.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain professionalism in client relationships, resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with PII policies during redemptions and documentation.
• Adhere to Cox standards and safety guidelines in reconditioning services.
