Job summary

You will ensure timely movement of client inventory, coordinate reconditioning services, and provide expert guidance on auction processes and condition reports.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and proactive communication, with required High School diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
• OR 5 years’ experience in a related field; safe drivers with valid license.
• Must meet business requirements and timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues for accounts with varying complexity, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide prompt, exceptional customer service for vehicle condition inquiries or discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communication with auction departments.
• Prepare reconditioning estimates, approve services, and conduct condition reports and imaging audits.
• Educate clients on auction processes and Cox products and services.
