Job summary

Cox seeks a Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist II - Non-Driver (Non-Auction) to coordinate transportation of customer vehicles within the Nashville region. You will handle routing, carrier communications, and AS400-based order processing to ensure timely delivery and accurate data.

The role requires 1–3 years of admin experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a matrix environment with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years administrative experience (automotive industry preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results.
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Show proficiency with communication via recorded line phone system.
• Manage email boxes for multiple locations and collaborate on regional emails.
• Monitor holds and verification delays and take action on delays.
• Process orders in AS400 and input all manual orders accurately.
• Create and manage corrective action of a vendor and report performance.
• Measure analytics for clients and vendors and report to leadership.
