Job summary

Cox in Belcamp, MD is seeking an organized admin/ops specialist to coordinate auto transport moves, manage documentation, and handle payments across multiple auctions. You will respond to client needs, generate performance reports, and liaise with lot agents and carriers.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of auto transport, strong communication, and a proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
• OR the right candidate could have a different combination such as any level degree/certification beyond HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years' experience in a related discipline.
• Safe driver's license required.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Basic computer software skills.
• Vision abilities: close, distance and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain weekly inventory compliance and operational performance reports.
• Use AutoIMS & DHL to monitor Ready Logistics' moves and research notes on unit's moves.
• Manage vehicle pickup and transportation requests from clients and management teams.
• Provide transport quotes to clients and auction management.
• Coordinate vehicle transportation with lot agents, carriers, and transport providers.
• Oversee Door-to-Door process for timely communication, billing, and organization.
