Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle inventory records across multiple systems and manufacturer platforms.
• Review, validate, and process inventory transactions and flooring payoffs.
• Manage assigned store inventories and data entry tasks.
• Pull, create, and post invoices for new vehicle inventory; ensure data integrity.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions and support inventory operations.
